So New Year and new starts right! I am embarking on a fitness journey and starting it with the 21 Day Fix (google for many free resources online) .
To track my journey and keep myself in check I am tracking everything in my planner, I have chosen a A5 planner to do so and particularly the Carpe Diem by Simple Stories.
I like the inserts and with just a few tweeks I was able to customize the first page as a great tracker.
The month view will use to track my daily steps
For meal tracking I will use the week on two pages and these stickers that I am sharing as a freebie with you all. They are sized for an A5 planner and if you use a Silhouette to cut these the page can be punched to fit in your planner for easy access to the stickers. Or cut them by hand and stick them in a small envelope and into one of your planner pockets. If the cutting the little squares is too tideous for you just use a small hole punch to punch out little circles from them.
